Presses first. Then the plants around them.

Printing and converting lead. Around that work: manufacturing lines, food plants, and commercial automation.

Presses first

Printing and converting

Presses are the machines we put first. Register, alignment, a unit that still needs to be leveled, and the converting equipment beside it. We do the iron work across OEMs, then stay through startup.

What it usually looks like

  • Register and alignment
  • Install and leveling
  • Mechanical wear
  • A press that was moved and never truly reset

Noodles and pasta

Food and snack processing

Noodle and pasta lines fail in ordinary ways: an extruder that drifts, a cutter out of time, a transfer that jams. We have worked those plants, and we treat them as food plants.

What it usually looks like

  • Extruder drift or unstable output
  • Cutter timing
  • Transfer and conveyor jams
  • A new machine that still needs to be set and leveled

Depositors and wrapping

Confectionery and candy lines

Candy lines are timing problems as often as they are mechanical ones. Depositors, transfers, and wrapper sensors. We re-align what has walked out, and we machine the bracket or guard that wore out.

What it usually looks like

  • Intermittent jams at a transfer
  • Depositor timing
  • Worn sensor brackets and guards
  • Startup after a move or a new install

Extrusion and packaging

Pet food processing

We have worked dog food processing. Extrusion, coating, and the handoff into packaging all have to agree with each other. When they don't, the line tells you with jams, giveaway, and downtime.

What it usually looks like

  • Extrusion instability
  • Coating and transfer problems
  • Packaging handoff jams
  • Worn parts you can no longer buy

Lathe, mill, and the line

General manufacturing and machine shops

Manufacturing floors and machine shops. Installs and leveling, breakdown repair, and lathe and mill work when the part is the reason the machine is down.

What it usually looks like

  • A machine that needs to be set and leveled
  • A shaft, bushing, or bracket you cannot get
  • A line that fails the same way every week

Controls and the machine

Commercial automation

Commercial automation is where the controls, the sensors, and the machine meet. We troubleshoot that whole path, whether it ends at a bracket, a drive, or a timing value.

What it usually looks like

  • A fault that keeps coming back
  • Sensors, drives, and pneumatics
  • Timing that was never finished at startup
